Please be aware that due to availability of materials, and to the fact that each item is hand-made, product may vary slightly from picture. Also remember that colors can appear in many different shades depending on different computer monitors. We make every effort to describe each item thoroughly, and are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damaged product. If your item is damaged in transport, please contact us at ribbonblossoms@aol.com for instructions on returning your product for a replacement.
